Vacationing on the Outer Banks since a young boy, Jon was born and raised in Midlothian, Virginia. He moved to the Outer Banks in 1987. Presently a Licensed Broker with 23 years of Outer Banks Resort Real Estate Experience, Jon resides in Martin's Point with his Son Kyle and Daughter Karsen.
Jon's experiences range from resort management, commercial/residential sales and new development startups as well as condominium conversion sales with Montecito Investment Group, now formally known as Montecito Medical Group based in Santa Barbara California. Co-Founder of the first Coldwell Banker Franchise on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
The Outer Banks has always been Jon's place to enjoy life. A local musician, weekly fisherman, a longboard surfer, and a not so good golfer, Jon continues to enjoy all aspects of Outer Banks living to its fullest. Dedicated to providing a chance for the pre schoolers of Dare County, Jon is the Founder and President of the Kids In Dare Support Organization. The K.I.D.S. is a non-profit group of friends, family and business associates who provide a little bit of hope for the unfortunate kids in our community.
